one make, one model, but endless of style...

if you are active among your area with the car scene, some times there is a group of cars that are overly popular.  bunch of times they start looking a like and very few stand apart.  well it's the same way with this generation of the Honda Odyssey (RB chassis) from a recent event in Japan.

check out the 2 step LED setup on each side bumper hole opening

similar setup as above, but notice how the side bumper opening is wider at the base

matte black center, but also notice how the fender vent lines goes onto the doors

with a gloss setup down the center, but with less vents but the owner kept the oem grill and black that out.

I really enjoy this front end a lot in terms of keeping the lines simple and classy.

This is a very deep color, but as you can see the calipers really pop by using some contrast.

one of my favorite in terms of extreme, in both color and camber.  but you noticed the body lines are fairly simple so the 1 main extreme point is really noticeable.

any red to me is bold color, and you can see the wheels are really simple design wise, but the camber and amount of lip makes the setup extreme for some.

there is nice low offset wheels and the little fender work is a sign of that, but what got me is the front bumper, there seems to be 3 LED pods under each headlights on top of the lower grill.  I want to see this light up now.

really love the silver/chrome accent that goes from the front bumper vent holes to the sides.  and looks like he did a LS600H LED projector swap.  no crazy camber, or major fender works and still overall a great build.

talk about color combo, the wheels sure pops specially at this angle.  and the fitment is basically spot on too.  one thing about lip wheels, specially step lip like this setup, the face of the wheels tends to look smaller, but because he brighten up the lip the size impact is still there.. if he did a darker lip color, visually the wheels would look smaller

this is an L-Tide edition and the front bumper looks AMAZING along with the grill.  I need to find some night shots, because from what I remember those white panels lights up.

if you want to be subtle but yet be different, study this one here.  check out the fog pods here, and then scroll up and down this... looks oem right?  the wheel fitment is sweet too, it shows how wide he gotten  with fender work that isn't extreme but when compare to a stock on, it stands out.

not extreme with the camber but I really like that rear fitment from this angle.  wish the front was the same thought but we can't be picky.

Changes

as folks that works one their cars we all go through changes.  either it's a quick evolution or slight changes throughout the years.  I got to love it when i find someone's pics and with out read trying to find out what they did, and why they posted the image.  Check this owner out.

ok yeah this is the base we are starting off with,  heavily modified already.  I really like the grill.

side profile shot, same time period as the first pic.

So check out what he changed, hood color, and front bumper with the LEDs and different fog lamps.  Oh check out the wheels too.

nothing too big besides the hood color this time around.  From the next picture looks like the roof is painted too.

face of the wheels changed too

here is the eye popper, from black to white, and the light gold looks more rich with a bit more bronze feel too it this time around.  also check out the front bumper, you see more details than with the black.

slight changes again, check the front bumper, there are 2 cut outs under the grill now and the slits that were in front of the wheel

Transformation: Odyssey

this is pure awesome in white form... and yes this is the before...

These looks like TE37SL too...

the owner seems like she wanted to go bolder, here are a few in progress pics

they know they were going beyond the metal's threshold, so it's cut, peel and add a new piece

and the aftermath...  WOW, love the color she picked out too... and the wheels are awesome...
the wheels are Work Meister S1R with the specs at front 9.5" wide -17 offset and rear with a 10.5 at a -51 offset... no mention on size, but these look like 19s...

great showing at AutoMass Chicago...

AutoMass Chicago is an event that bring the local drifters and car show participants together in one location.  Round 1 was the first time that I assembled the guys around me to show under the Wagon LifeStyle name, and we sure got folks to notice out rides...

nothing ever goes easy, while rolling down there, the STI was running super lean and we took our time down (later to find out it was a bad O2 sensor).  All together we had 4 rolled in together on the early sunday morning... we have;

Jim (co-author here) with his W-Blood bB....

Don with his VIP inspired Odyssey....

Nick with his well package STI GBR...

 and myself with my Matrix...

It was a long chilly and windy day... we were all hoping for the sun to show up and the wind to die down...  but you get the folks saying it's going to rain and shatter our hopes... Judging came around and we all tried our best to impress them... we must of done something right because we all walked away with at least a trophy...

Jim - Best Scion
Don - Best Honda/Acura ... Also Best of Show
Nick - Best Subaru
myself - 3rd place Toyota...

For the first time together, I say that was sure impressive...  I'm happy that my guys all won and they deserved it... also to all the winners at this event, they are well deserved, no doubt in my mind with the judging at this event... they did a great job...

till next time, we all don't know when the next time all of us are going to show together... BUT, I would love to have more owners that won't mind to show with or even on the track... if you are interested hit either myself or Jim up...

pics from JT and Edwin

state side Odyssey...

check out this video that my friend sent me... and guess what, our decal has a cameo appearance... YEAH BUDDY!!!

Honestly I seen pics of this Odyssey since late October/early November, I never knew they know us or even bought the decals... SO AWESOME!!  Thanks guys, love the setup...

simple is best sometimes

simple is best sometimes, with a little camber and stretch... I posted this one before on facebook but it had different wheels on till he hit a road lip and damage one of his wheels badly...

I enjoy this amount of camber...

look at this stretch...

what an Orange Crush

check out this Honda Odyssey out, the exterior is one thing, but the white interior makes me go "WHAT! I WANT!!!!"

interesting scoop...

the fitment to me is dead on with the camber, the wheels fits nicely with the fenders

now check out this interior.. oh and the brakes are white too... WHAT!!!...

gotta wish we have these roads

everyone seen this Odyssey before... specially this pic

here is an rolling video it following a Honda Stream.. no music, but just wind noise...

Lady in Red

check out this lady in red...  Honda Odyssey...

how close the frame is to the ground... YES... that is a Marlboro pack...

you might be saying this sexy lady is on air...  NOPE... full static...

and with -7.5 camber...  while looking at some more, this is not bad, I might just attempt this...

he got the heart to lower it some more... WOW

before the LED tails installed..

and after...
